Frequently asked questions
Do you have SSO (single sign-on)?+
Not yet. SSO is on the roadmap, with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Google Workspace first. Today, employees sign in via a magic email link, no passwords to remember.
Can we integrate with our HRIS?+
HRIS integration (Simployer, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Personio and others) is on the roadmap. CSV export of certificates and progress works from day one, so you can import manually into any system.
Do you support SCORM export?+
Not as a ready-made package today. The course runs in the browser with no installation, and the CSV export gives you progress and certificate numbers to import into an existing LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, Totara). If you need SCORM, get in touch and we will look into it with you.
Is the course available in languages other than Norwegian?+
Norwegian and English for most courses. The safety rep courses (40-hour and shortened) are Norwegian only for now. Polish, Ukrainian, and Romanian are on the roadmap. There is a real underserved need across construction and industry with foreign-language workers. Tell us which language you need most and you'll get early access.
How do we follow up with employees who haven't started?+
The HR dashboard shows status in real time, so you can see who hasn't started and who is in progress, and follow up. We recommend renewal every 2 to 3 years.
How do we roll it out to the whole team?+
Three steps: (1) order the number of seats in the calculator above, (2) assign the seats to employees and send an email invite from the seat dashboard, (3) each employee gets a link and signs in with their email. No technical install, no apps. Most courses take 60 to 90 minutes. The 40-hour safety representative course is 18 hours online plus 22 hours of tasks at your own workplace, spread over several weeks, and the shortened course takes about 4 hours.
What happens to seats we don't use?+
Unused seats have no deadline, so assign them when it suits you. If the need disappears, send us a message through the contact form and we will find a solution. Used seats are binding (it's a delivered digital product).
How long is the certificate valid?+
Working Environment Act § 3-5 does not set a fixed renewal interval, but we recommend updating every 2 to 3 years, and whenever the business's risk profile changes materially. The certificate is dated and QR-verifiable, so it's always possible to document when it was taken.
