Do you have SSO (single sign-on)?+
Planned for Q3 2026. Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Google Workspace first. Until then, employees sign in via a magic email link, no passwords to remember.
Can we integrate with our HRIS?+
HRIS integration (Simployer, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Personio and others) is on the roadmap. CSV export of certificates and progress works from day one, so you can import manually into any system.
Do you support SCORM export?+
Yes. We can deliver the course as a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package if your company already has an LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, Totara). Reach out and we'll tailor the package.
Is the course available in languages other than Norwegian?+
NO + EN today. Polish, Ukrainian, and Romanian are on the roadmap. There is a real underserved need across construction and industry with foreign-language workers. Tell us which language you need most and you'll get early access.
How do we follow up with employees who haven't started?+
The HR dashboard shows status in real time, so you can see who hasn't started and who is in progress, and follow up. We recommend renewal every 2 to 3 years.
How do we roll it out to the whole team?+
Three steps: (1) order the number of seats in the calculator above, (2) assign the seats to employees and send an email invite from the seat dashboard, (3) each employee gets a link and signs in with their email. No technical install, no apps. Most employees finish in around 75 minutes.
Can we get a refund for seats we don't use?+
Yes. For 60 days after purchase we refund every unused seat in full, no questions asked. Used seats are binding (it's a delivered digital product). This is also in the terms.
How long is the certificate valid?+
Working Environment Act § 3-5 does not set a fixed renewal interval, but the Labour Inspection Authority recommends updating every 2 to 3 years, and whenever the business's risk profile changes materially. The certificate is dated and QR-verifiable, so it's always possible to document when it was taken.
