Is the certificate valid for the Labour Inspection Authority?
Yes. Each course covers the content requirements of the relevant regulation and follows the authorities' guidance. See the individual course for its legal basis. You get a numbered, QR-verified certificate that can be attached to a regulator response or shown during a future inspection.
How long does it take?
60 to 90 minutes if you do it in one sitting. You can pause any time and continue where you left off. No time gates on pages, no requirement to watch videos in real time.
What if I fail?
You can retake the exam at no extra cost. The 70 % pass mark applies. The exam is multiple-choice, so feedback is immediate: you see which questions you failed and which modules they came from. Since you pay only once you pass, failing costs you nothing.
Can my company get an invoice?
Yes. When you pay at the end, choose "business" and enter your org number for an invoice, or pay by card. If the whole team is taking the course, you can instead buy several seats up front: from 5 seats at NOK 990 per seat with a PDF invoice against your org number. Email seat count to [email protected]. We reply within 1 business day.
Is VAT charged on the course?
No. The course is exempt from VAT under the Norwegian VAT Act (mval) § 3-5 for educational services. The exemption rests on the fact that staffed instructor support (email reply within 1 business day) is included in the price, not just automated content. The price shown on each course is final.

What if I want to cancel?
You only pay at the very end, after you have taken the whole course and passed the exam, so you know exactly what you are paying for. As a consumer you then consent to the certificate being issued immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses (Withdrawal Rights Act § 22 letter n). B2B purchases are exempt from the Withdrawal Rights Act regardless. Your defect rights under the Digital Services Act remain either way.
