1. About the service

HMS Lederkurs provides online HSE training for managers covering the Norwegian Working Environment Act §3-5. The service is operated by [COMPANY AS], org. no. [XXXXXXXXX].

2. Purchases and delivery

Courses are sold per seat. The price shown at checkout is binding. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. On successful payment, the buyer receives an email with a sign-in link giving access to the course.

3. Withdrawal rights

Consumer purchases: The Norwegian Withdrawal Rights Act gives consumers a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital courses with immediate access, the withdrawal right may be waived if the buyer explicitly consents before access is granted and acknowledges the loss (Withdrawal Rights Act §22 n). The consent is given via a dedicated checkbox at checkout and confirmed in the welcome email.

Business purchases: The Withdrawal Rights Act does not apply to purchases made as part of business activity. Refunds are governed by these terms.

Refund policy: We refund purchases where the buyer has not signed in or started the course. Email [email protected] to request.

4. Defects and the Digital Services Act

For consumer purchases, the Norwegian Digital Services Act applies in parallel with the Withdrawal Rights Act. If the course doesn't function as agreed, the consumer has rights to remediation or cancellation per §§25–28.

5. VAT

Educational services are exempt from VAT per mval §3-5. The price shown at checkout is final.
